How to log in to the Carbon (web)?
Clients can log in to the 021 Trade's Carbon URL using their registered email ID and password. As part of the two-factor authentication process, an OTP will be sent to their registered email, which must be entered to complete the login. Upon successful login, a Risk Disclosure notice will appear, as mandated by regulatory guidelines. Users must read and acknowledge it by clicking “Continue” to access the app and begin trading.
